  • The most direct route is to fly into Busselton Margaret River Airport, located approximately 45 minutes from Bunker Bay, where transfers will be arranged to ensure a seamless journey to your accommodation and Wellness Summit venue.

    Most major cities on the East Coast fly direct to Busselton, WA.

    Alternatively, delegates may choose to fly into Perth Airport, which offers a broader range of domestic and international connections. From Perth, organised transport will be available to bring you to Bunker Bay, with details provided according to individual accommodation arrangements.

    For those wishing to extend their experience, we have partnered with a selection of hotels in Perth should you wish to enjoy a few days in the city either before or after the Summit—or perhaps both.

  • For those who are flying into Busselton (BQB) to attend the Wellness Summit and staying at Pullman Bunker Bay, we are offering a transfer serves at set times. These set times will be updated when we know the flight schedules.

  • Absolutely. Whether you’re a seasoned business leader, practitioner, or new to the industry, the Wellness Summit offers space to connect, learn, and grow. It’s professional, inclusive, and designed to leave you inspired.

  • Think comfortable, casual, and event-appropriate. Activewear is perfect for movement sessions, and smart casual is fine for keynotes and workshops. Bring cosy layers for early mornings and evenings, plus swimwear for the spa and pool.

    No need to dress up – and definitely no heels, suits or ties. Paths are uneven and you’re walking through nature.

  • No – this is a professional industry event. You’ll enjoy the natural surrounds and wellness experiences, but the focus is on connection, learning, and industry leadership. Come prepared to participate, network, and be inspired.

    That said, you will definitely feel like you have had a retreat!

  • Yes. While staying onsite at Gwinganna offers the most seamless experience and there will be extra activities and immersions for onsite guests, there are nearby offsite options. We recommend accommodation in Currumbin Valley or Tallebudgera – both are within a 15–25 minute drive. You’ll need to organise your own daily transport to and from the venue.

  • I suspect you’ve never been to a Wellness Summit, because if you have, unless it was a very unusual circumstance or something beyond your control, you would not be cancelling. The goodie bag alone is worth the ticket price!

    That said, the unplanned does happen and we try to keep that in mind. However, as you would appreciate, we have a lot of logistics and planning to do, not to mention pay venue well ahead of the Summit. While we would love to say, ‘no worries’ let’s refund 100%, we simply can’t!

    Within 60 days - 50% refund

    Within 30 Days - no refund

    I’m really sorry we can’t be more flexible. We have to make instalment payments and pay the full amount within these same time frames. You are welcome to resell your ticket and recoup ticket value that way. You will need to let us know so we can update our delegate lists and provide appropriate dietaries etc.
