Co-founder of The Agitators
James is a co-founder of The Agitators, an AI transformation consultancy. He previously served over 25 years as a senior media and tech industry executive at Foxtel, Malaysia's iflix, Amazon Prime Video and as co-founder and CEO of documentary service iWonder.
As part of The Agitators, he helps businesses move from AI curiosity to genuine operational capability: practical tools, automated workflows and hands-on skills transfer, not abstract theory, across entire organisations.
James is Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD)-qualified and advises boards and leadership teams on AI governance and adoption alongside his consulting work. James lives in Sydney.
