She has held senior leadership roles across APAC, North America and global markets, bringing together eCommerce, CRM, loyalty and automation to strengthen conversion and long-term customer value.

Jemima is the founder of Pixel Primed, the lifecycle marketing studio behind Meridian, a guest growth platform developed specifically for wellness, hospitality and tourism brands. Meridian connects customer acquisition, bookings and retention marekting to help businesses attract new guests, bring past guests back and turn loyal customers into advocates.

Her work combines strategy with hands-on execution, translating complex technology and customer data into practical systems that improve conversion and create sustainable growth. 

A qualified yoga teacher and international trail runner, her connection to wellness is personal as well as professional.
