Kathryn Moore is the Founder of Spa Connectors, a Dubai-based global wellness consultancy recognised for connecting people, brands, and opportunities across the wellness, hospitality, and longevity sectors.

With over two decades of international experience, Kathryn has advised major hotel groups, private developers, and investors on the strategy, design, and delivery of future-ready wellness concepts. Her work spans early-stage visioning through to operational and commercial alignment, helping partners navigate an increasingly complex and fast-evolving wellness landscape.

In response to this shift, Kathryn launched co-op, a strategic advisory collective that brings together leading experts across wellness strategy, design, business modelling, brand partnerships, and investment alignment. The platform delivers integrated, end-to-end solutions for projects operating at the intersection of health, hospitality, and long-term value creation.

Alongside this, Spa Connectors continues its core role as a global connector platform: curating high-impact industry events and facilitating meaningful introductions between brands, operators, and investors worldwide.
