This year, we're doing things a little differently.
The Wellness Summit 2026 has been thoughtfully designed around the belief that transformation doesn't come from information alone. While great ideas can spark change, it is often the space to reflect, connect and integrate those ideas that creates lasting impact.
With that in mind, each Summit day will be divided into two distinct experiences.
Morning Sessions: Learn, Challenge, Explore
Our mornings will bring together keynote presentations, expert panels, workshops and thought-provoking conversations exploring the latest developments in wellness, longevity, leadership, neuroscience, nature connection, human performance and wellbeing.
Expect big ideas, practical insights and meaningful discussions from some of the most respected voices in the industry.
We'll then come together over a relaxed networking lunch, creating time to connect with fellow delegates, speakers and partners.
Afternoon Sessions: Dreamtime
The afternoons will take on a different rhythm.
Inspired by our 2026 theme, Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Science, we've created a dedicated space we are calling Dreamtime.
Across many Indigenous cultures, Dreamtime represents connection, storytelling, wisdom, learning and a deeper understanding of ourselves, each other and the world around us. While we acknowledge and respect the cultural significance of this concept, we are drawing inspiration from the idea that some of life's greatest insights emerge when we create space to pause, reflect and reconnect.
Rather than spending the entire day in conference rooms, delegates will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a range of carefully curated wellness experiences, partner immersions & activations, nature-based activities, networking opportunities and restorative practices.
This is where conversations continue, collaborations are born, ideas take shape and inspiration has room to grow. It's also an opportunity to simply slow down.
To breathe. Out and Deep.
To process what you've learned.
To connect more deeply with yourself, your peers and the extraordinary natural environment surrounding us.
Because wellness isn’t just be something we talk about. It's something we experience.
And while the mornings will stimulate the mind, our Dreamtime sessions are designed to nourish the whole person—creating space for reflection, restoration, creativity and connection.
After all, the best ideas often arrive when we stop trying to find them.
The Wellness Summit 2026 isn't just a conference. It's an opportunity to learn, connect, restore and dream about what's possible for the future of wellness.
